Examination Committee

The Examination Committee is a core academic body responsible for the smooth planning, execution, and monitoring of all internal and external examinations conducted by the institution. It ensures that assessments are conducted in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the affiliating university and regulatory bodies.

Objectives:

• To plan and schedule all examinations (midterms, semester-end, practicals, internal assessments).
• To coordinate with faculty for question paper setting, moderation, and evaluation.
• To ensure confidentiality and security of examination materials.
• To oversee the smooth conduct of exams, including seating arrangements, invigilation, and grievance handling.
• To maintain proper documentation and records of examination results and related correspondence.
• To prepare and submit reports and results to the university and relevant academic bodies within stipulated timelines.

The committee plays a vital role in maintaining academic integrity and ensuring a standardized evaluation process that supports the academic goals of the college.
